Jessi Rae Fournier splits her time between two beautiful places in the world. Half of the year, she resides in East Lothian, Scotland, where she finds inspiration in UK culture. In Ontario Canada she can be found at her businesses J'adore a Fine Cheese and Chocolate Shop and The Speakcheasy, a prohibition lounge. She is known for her passion for history. Jessi is usually spotted with a notepad in her hand, writing notes about her next book concept.
